Do I need any prior experience with Sonia Choquette or spiritual training?
I have never done anything like this. Is it for me?
Yes. Nothing is required of you but to show up and receive. You do not need experience, a practice, or any prior sense of your guides. The transmission works on you whether or not you feel it happening.
What is a transmission?
Sonia channels rather than teaches. She opens a connection and speaks what comes through, live, with you in the room. It is something you receive, not information to take notes on.
Do I need to be on camera or say anything?
No. You will not be on camera for this transmission. You can watch from anywhere, in any state, and receive all of it.
